QC Guardian is a digital solution designed to streamline the quality control (QC) process in manufacturing. By enabling real-time defect identification and logging, it ensures that issues are detected and corrected before mass production, ultimately reducing costly rework and product rejections.

Designed over 4-5 weeks, the project involved a team of 1 Solo Lead Designer, 2-3 SMEs, 1 Business Analyst, 1 Product Manager, and 3 Stakeholders. It leveraged RFID technology enabled Android Tablet along with tools for UX like Office 365, Sketch, Invision, and Lucidchart and React for development to digitize the QC inspection process, enhancing defect detection and tracking efficiency.
